So here is what you do:
Soak the whole cantaloupe in a large bowl of pure water and Apple Cider Vinegar for about 15 minutes or longer. Rinse. Dry off and cut with a clean knife. Scoop out the seeds and put them into your blender along with about 3 to 4 cups of water; . Process well. Pour the contents of the blender into your Juicerless bag (purchase below) and strain into pitcher; then return the fluid to the blender. Scoop up some fresh cantaloupe fruit into the blender as well. Whirl up! Drink!
