Raw Vegan Budget Burgers made with Nutrient-Dense Juice Pulp

 
In the above video you can get the recipe for a great juice (remember, you don't need the juicer that he uses... just take the ingredients he mentions and put them into your blender --kale, garlic, hot pepper, etc.--and then go ahead and try the 'budget burgers' with available nutrition for everyone) adding in some other fresh ingredients and seasonings.  

You can do as Dara does, and shape the burger to eat as is, or if you have a dehydrator you can go ahead and dehydrate the burgers for  the amount of time it takes for them to be suitable to your palate.  Dehydrate at 105 degrees Fahrenheit and you will not be destroying nutrients.  

Freeze the dried burgers (they will still be somewhat moist, unlike cookies) and re-hydrate to warm them up to eat them.  The green juice that Dan-the-Man demos is perfect for getting some dense nutrition into your life!   (This recipe is gluten-free, and vegan-- no eggs, or other animal products)
